Refund policy

IAC.ai sells digital access products.

1-Day Access and 1-Week Access are one-time digital purchases and do not auto-renew. 1-Month Access renews monthly unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Because access is digital and may begin after purchase, refunds are not guaranteed once access has been granted or used. If you believe there was a billing error, duplicate charge, or technical issue preventing access, contact us at jawiyele@gmail.com and we will review the request.

Cancelling a monthly plan stops future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically delete your IAC.ai account.
